Once you've selected the care service you need, and paid your fee upfront for your chosen duration, Borcelle matches you with your caregiver and manages the payments to candidates.

Designed for ultimate convenience, this package allows clients to access daily or weekly care services for childcare, housekeeping, pet sitting, house sitting, elderly care and cooking services.

Bookings
Bookings need to be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and the perfect match for your needs within 10 days.

Want to hire your caregiver permanently? Borcelle will give you a 10% discount on our standard recruitment fee for that service.

We Handle The Details
Pay your flat monthly subscription fee, notify Borcelle when you're ready to make your booking and Borcelle will match you with your caregiver and manage the payments to candidates.

Bookings
You're entitled to 24 bookings per month of 3 hrs per day, which bookings need to be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and the perfect match for your needs within 10 days.

Priority Service
As a subscriber, you receive priority booking, ensuring that your requests are handled first. Services must be booked 7 days in advance.

Loyalty Discount
If you decide that you’d prefer to hire the caregiver we’ve placed with you on a permanent basis, you'll get a 15% discount on Borcelle’s standard recruitment fee for that service.

Cancellation Policy
Subscribers can cancel anytime with 30 calendar days' notice.
